This agreement outlines how your membership payments are managed through direct debit.

Key Terms

• You / Your: The member authorising payments.

• We / Us: Nexus Jiu-Jitsu & MMA (ABN: 77405221425).

• Debit Payment: A payment deducted from your nominated account.

• Debit Day: The date your membership fee is due.

• Banking Day: A regular business day (not a weekend or public holiday).

Payment Schedule

Your membership fees are debited fortnightly.
The amount depends on your chosen membership option. Any pricing changes will be communicated with at least 14 days’ notice.

Debiting Your Account

By submitting a Direct Debit Request, you authorise us to automatically debit your nominated account on the agreed schedule.

If the debit day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment may be processed on the next business day.

Your Responsibilities

You must ensure:

• Your account has sufficient funds on the debit day.

• Your account details are correct and up to date.

If a payment fails:

• Your bank may charge a fee.

• A $20 processing fee will apply to cover administrative costs.

• You must arrange a replacement payment as soon as possible.

Unresolved payment issues may result in a temporary suspension of access to classes until the account is settled.

Pause or Cancel Your Membership

To pause or cancel your membership, you must submit the official Digital Hold or Cancellation Form, which is available on our website.

Hold Policy

• You may pause your membership up to 3 times per calendar year.

• Each hold can last up to 6 weeks.

• Minimum 7 days’ notice is required before your next scheduled debit.

• A $20 account holding fee applies for each hold.

Cancellation Policy

• We require 1 month’s notice to cancel.

• A $20 cancellation fee applies to cover administrative processing.

• Cancellations must be submitted using the official digital form.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement or payment terms. Members will be notified with at least 14 days' notice via email or SMS.

Privacy

All personal and banking information is kept secure and used only to manage your membership or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your bank in the event of failed or delayed payments.
