Classes For All Fitness Levels

Nexus offers a variety of Jiu-Jitsu classes for every age and skill level.

Private classes are also available by request from Monday through Saturday.

White to Blue BJJ

The biggest step in your Jiu-Jitsu journey is simply walking through the door to your very first class. At Nexus Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, we guarantee not only a challenging experience, but a rewarding and pleasant one as well.

All classes are guided by Head Instructor Murat Karadenizli, the founder of our martial arts academy and a second-degree blackbelt. After your first session, we'll offer you a 7-day Free Trial so you can experience all Nexus Jiu-Jitsu has to offer.

Blue to Black BJJ

After qualifying to attend Nexus Jiu-Jitsu Advanced Classes, you'll take your skills to the next level. Learning with one of Australia's most technical and highly regarded Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, you'll develop a deep understanding of Jiu-Jitsu to earn your Black Belt and beyond.

Hatha Yoga

Suitable for all levels, Hatha is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Our yoga classes are based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness, and listening to the body.

Children's Bullyproof BJJ

The Nexus Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Little will prepare your child for the outside world by teaching respect, dedication, and the skills to deal with any bullying situation they might encounter. This is especially common at school. We'll teach your child the techniques they need to always be able to defend themselves. This class is suitable for all children aged 5 to 15 years old.

Beginners MMA

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows the use of striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground. The popularity of MMA has exploded in recent years with the mainstream success of the UFC and the emergence of other mixed martial arts promotional companies. MMA draws from a variety of other martial arts and combat sports such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and Judo. MMA integrates striking (punching, kicking, elbows, and knees), takedowns and throws, and submissions by joint manipulations/locks, and chokes.

White to Blue No Gi BJJ

Gi Jiu Jitsu is grappling with the use of a traditional Gi, which allows you to grab the clothing of your opponent. No Gi is grappling without the traditional uniform—instead, you wear shorts and a rash guard. In No Gi you cannot grab your opponent's clothing. To be a complete BJJ player, you should train in both.
