We are very excited and happy to welcome our new club wrestling coach, Ali Abdo is now conducting wrestling training sessions every Thursday night at 7:30pm to 9:00pm.  Ali is one of Australia’s most decorated wrestlers and as a three time Olympian, he is an invaluable addition to the club.  Members have already noticed a distinct improvement in everyone’s stand up game, and everyone is looking forward to continue learning more from Ali, a great guy as well as an outstanding wrestler!

In addition, Ninos Dammo has organised a seminar with world-famous MMA fighter, Rodridgo Gracie.  This seminar will be on Wedneday the 13th of May 2009 which is very soon so please call Ninos ASAP if you would like to attend.  The cost is $120 and the session runs from 6:30pm onwards.  For further details call 0422 252 222.
